SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery is free for all orders and all packaging is recyclable.
We will ship orders 10-14 days after an order is placed as all products are handmade.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded.
Tracking details will be sent in a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
We hope that you'll love your purchase from candlesbyshoma.co.uk but if for some reason you wish to return an item, please contact us via our Contact Us form, quoting your order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.
You can return your purchase provided it has been unused and in as new condition, within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the postage cost of any returned item and any refund will be for the price of the item excluding postage charges. When returning items, please ensure you package and label properly to avoid the risk of loss or damage in transit and use a return postage method which requires a signature on receipt. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage in the event that the items go missing as they remain your responsibility and property until received by us.
We will replace or refund any item damaged during delivery if photographic proof is sent to us within 7 days of delivery and the item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery. In this case, the refund will include the return postage charge.
Refunds will be paid within 28 days to the card used for the original order following inspection of the returned items.
